Teasey’s Building Earthquake Strengthening

A Detailed Seismic Assessment and Earthquake Strengthening Design was completed on this two storey commercial building located on Devonport Road.

The 1937 building was strengthened to 67% of the New Building Standard (%NBS) and a fit-out and upgrade of a number of the tenancies was completed.

Additional steel portal frames were added across the building, with new roof bracing and support for the front concrete parapet also added.
