Structural Engineering Role

We have two exciting opportunities for Structural Engineers to join our team in either Mount Maunganui or Hamilton offices. A&J has a solid pipeline of diverse and challenging projects.

 The Role

You will be responsible for the delivery and management of residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

 

The role includes maintaining and establishing client relationships, preparing concept designs, completing detailed designs, and on-site construction monitoring.

The position will suit someone who can work autonomously but also be part of our close-knit team.

What you need

  • Minimum 2 years of NZ experience

  • Experience in the delivery of commercial, residential, and industrial structural engineering projects

  • Have a sound working knowledge of relevant NZ Building Codes and statutory requirements, with proven seismic experience.
